To protest against the “Anti-mask Law” under serious consideration by the HK Government, protesters gathered at Taikoo, Hong Kong Island on Oct 3. HK police fired pepper spray and knocked down a lady wearing kimono standing alone on the street and did not perform any violence action.

用手大力扯開口罩，疑似大力拍打市民面部，涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。亦涉嫌違反警察通例(44-05) “人員應盡可能以有禮貌的態度進行搜查，並須顧及被搜查人士的尊嚴”
