Citizens gathered at Lan Kwai Fong, Central, Hong Kong Island, celebrating the Halloween. A large group of riot police got to the site requesting people to leave for no reason. They urged, pushed and forced people leaving and using pepper spray as the means to get people out even though people on site did not wear any gear nor mask, as well as journalists reporting on site. Citizens including foreigner were arrested.

以下為相關新聞節錄：今早在港鐵的不合作運動，荔景站有三人被捕。其中一名年輕男子，警員指他涉嫌在油麻地刑事毀壞，又指他被捕時掙扎，有「凶暴性」，認為有危險，勸喻記者不要靠得太近，之後把他連同另外兩人帶入一間房。一批防暴警察在現場戒備，部分手持海綿彈槍。 立場新聞拍得的片段，他在被捕時，被數名警員按住，一邊叫他「唔好大力掙扎」，他回應「我無反抗啊」。警員說：「唔好扮野⋯⋯你自己知自己做過咩事，唔好做戲 ...
