Founded in June 2010, Ponte Singers is one the of most preeminent youth choir in Hong Kong. With members graduated from local traditional schools. the group aims to promote to the society different types of music under specific theme every year, in order to help both the audience and performers more about styles of presenting different music genre. "Ponte" means bridge, a bridge that our singers aim to build bridge that our singers aim to build between hearts of those who listen to our music.

被評為「令人眼前一亮，耳前驚喜」、「不能小覷的年輕力量」（洪思行先生）、「組織能力及音樂處理成熟」、「音樂界好評如潮」（周凡夫先生）及「近乎奇蹟、前途不可限量」(李歐梵教授) 的Ponte Singers是近年備受社會觸目的青年合唱團，成立於2010年6月；Ponte Singers乃非牟利青年合唱團，成員多為大學音樂系學生，並畢業於音樂氣氛濃厚的傳統中學，曾屢次在世界合唱節勇奪殊榮。本團成立的目的是希望通過每年舉辦主題式的音樂會，向本地青年聽眾推廣特定類別的音樂，加深他們對不同音樂特色的認識。

合唱團甫一成立，即獲香港政府邀請出席環保署的宣傳活動，夥拍樂壇新晉組合「糖兄妹」表演，並曾獲邀與本港知名電影音樂創作人金培達、陳光榮及褚鎮東先生合作。過去數年，本團已舉辦了以宗教音樂為主題的「聖．靈」音樂會、全為中國合唱音樂的「聲．華」音樂會、世界民族音樂為題的「凡．聲」音樂會。2013年暑假，Ponte Singers 於香港大會堂舉辦德國大型音樂會：生．息，聯合近300名本地年青的音樂菁英，獻唱Carl Orff 的「布蘭詩歌」及其他德國古典曲目，座無虛席，廣受社會各界好評。
