廖偉源：香港警察，濫權黑警，速龍
廖偉源為香港警察的一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）的特別戰術小隊成員，專責在示威期間使用過度暴力襲擊「示威者」，而其中包括路過的市民。據親近人士指出，他有份在示威期間毆打示威者，及經常在天水圍及洪水橋一帶跑步。個人歷史方面，他喜好在網上結識女性，亦試過在網上尋找女性旅伴。他曾四處炫耀女朋友相當有錢，有幾個物業及經營公司，又指女方父母很喜歡他，然而女朋友完全唔知他過去的歷史，以為覓得真愛。
