警員以強光及閃光照向記者，記者表明身份後，有一名警員大聲呼喝記者，並聲稱：「你行埋一邊咪唔會照到你囉！我哋做緊嘢丫嘛。你阻住我哋睇緊啲人呀。」然而從片段所見，記者站在的位置是在警察防線的斜前方，而非正前方，相信並不構成對警方行動的阻礙。這涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。
