馮慧敏係一名撐警藍絲，支持香港警察使用暴力對待市民。馮慧敏曾經係當值時段，身穿制服撕毁伊利沙伯醫院連儂牆，並且用粗言穢語指罵反對佢撕紙嘅人。佢亦試過偷偷影相及拍片，指控某同事未到收工時間就換衫，令該名同事未獲續約。
