鍾國恩係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，負責係街道同地鐵站內無差別襲擊市民。佢係2019年9月3日夜晚，喺太子站內圍毆一名示威者，令佢頸椎受傷昏迷，又將佢鎖上手銬，又拒絕急救員為佢剪開衣服急救達十分鐘，意圖謀殺。

戴進豪係香港警察的一份子。據親近人士所知，佢係就讀中一至中三時，經常在校內參與群毆同食煙，曾經掌摑女朋友，亦加入有黑社會背景嘅童黨。中三時因成績差而退學，轉讀香港航海學校，但短時間後又指被欺凌而退學，最終係2018年完成毅進文憑課程，並於2019年4月正式加入香港警察。
