林家榮係香港警察嘅一份子。佢係2019-06-09示威期間，因不知名原因而受傷，事後獲時任警務署署長探訪。以下係當時探訪嘅圖片：據知情人士指出，佢係受傷之後同佢嘅舊同學講「自己太善良先會受傷，黎緊要執行正義」。除此之外，佢係中國出生，對香港警察組織非常有「歸屬感」，經常係假日出席有關香港警察嘅活動。

從影片中可見，警員罔顧地鐵站樓梯後已屬於室內地方，在金鐘地鐵站C出口附近放煙霧彈，迫使市民走進地鐵站。期間，有市民拉回一名女士向後退，顯然已有離開意欲，警員卻處處逼進，甚至直接在站內使用胡椒噴霧攻擊示威人士及市民。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。

高傑飛係2019年7月11日，曾經同另一親中份子張偉國一齊，喺大埔墟站外對出隧道，襲擊係隧道內寫緊連儂牆嘅人，佢又係較後時間襲擊一個試圖制止他人破壞連儂牆嘅男性長者。 根據新聞紀錄，高傑飛有傷人案底，佢曾經係2017年1月，係機場夥同20-30名「愛國」人士襲擊啱啱由台灣飛抵香港嘅羅冠聰。
