黎劍鴻係香港警察嘅一份子。 根據2017年新聞，黎劍鴻曾經出庭指證部份2016年農歷年初一嘅示威者。此外，據一手資料指出，黎劍鴻多次係Skout上扮已離婚單身人士，約會異性發生性關係，即使係妻子懷孕時都照咁做。當被踢爆時，佢會使出眼淚攻勢，七情上面，仲即時作好多大話嚟掩飾。

自稱「沙展22」的警員以極粗劣態度執行職務。影片中的律師僅向被搜身的女市民提供基本法律意見（如指出其有保持沉默緘默之權利），並未妨礙警員工作，卻被警員喝罵及不斷阻撓。一般市民未有被搜身或被警員截查經驗，律師向影片中女市民提供一些法律資訊，此舉合理。警員無論對律師或女市民都態度惡劣，工作態度嚴重影響警隊服務質素，亦有損警員執法時應有的專業形象。

在影片可見用強光閃記者阻撓記者採訪，涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。被捕少女被押解時向記者表示警員在拘捕期間不肯出示委任證並且恐嚇她，這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。
