戴進豪係香港警察的一份子。據親近人士所知，佢係就讀中一至中三時，經常在校內參與群毆同食煙，曾經掌摑女朋友，亦加入有黑社會背景嘅童黨。中三時因成績差而退學，轉讀香港航海學校，但短時間後又指被欺凌而退學，最終係2018年完成毅進文憑課程，並於2019年4月正式加入香港警察。
