黃偉興係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，負責係街道同地鐵站內無差別襲擊市民。 佢曾經係2019年8月31日假扮示威者，協助警察拘捕示威者，現場圖片係下面。 據佢同學所指，佢係中學嗰時係一大滋事分子，又成日比人話似薛凱琪(Fiona) 所以Facebook 名叫Fi。
