莫振宗係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，有份係香港各地無差別追打市民。據相熟人士指出，佢經常係示威期間毆打示威者，並表示佢地成日搞破壞係抵打。佢又經常係當值期間上交友平台搵性伴侶，自稱「一日射精幾次，陰莖長16cm」，更係網上傳送下體照片。以下係佢嘅其他照片（包括警察制服相片），方便作辨識之用：

10 月 7 號晩，警方在空蕩的旺角彌敦道上驅趕，甚至在無搜查令下跑到私人物業欲上樓拉人，又無故以盾牌及警棍驅趕記者，使其不能進行拍攝。

阻撓記者採訪，涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。另外，拒絕在場急救人員協助被捕人士，亦涉嫌違反警察通例(27-02-2)，警務人員不得阻延受害人接受救治或由救護車送往醫院或診所。
