以強光射向記者阻撓採訪，粗暴推撞妨礙記者對警員行為作出投訴，警員道歉，但道歉警員沒有理會記者要求面對涉事警員的要求。涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。這亦涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。

大批示威者在防暴警察盾陣驅散下經天橋離開現場。現場持防暴槍的兩位警員在示威者未有威脅以及並未示出範任何警告下，從馬路向天橋發射催淚彈及開槍。警員在現場並無即時威脅下選擇不展示警告旗幟開槍。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

鍾安儀係香港警察的一份子。據知情人士透露，佢曾經裝針孔攝影機同偷錄啲親戚講自己母親壞話，又向他人聲稱成日見啲警察毆打市民、嚴刑副供。現時佢嘅兩個女兒去左英國讀書，表妹則跳樓身亡。
