李廸燊係香港警察嘅一份子。佢曾經係2020-05-11旺角示威中，走入洗衣街女廁內，向一名正在如廁嘅女記者噴射胡椒噴霧及施襲，令嗰名女記者頭部重創，以下係佢出現係現場嘅圖片：據知情人士所指，佢係加入香港警察之前，曾經係豐澤任職，經常去澳門賭場賭博，更試過用信用卡透支拎錢去賭。因為過於嗜賭，令佢第一次申請加入香港警察時通過唔到審核。除此之外，佢非常懼怕狗隻，曾經試過係見到狗隻時大喊。
