傅斯揚係香港警察嘅一份子。佢曾經係新城市廣場不停影示威者，又係Instagram問人拎遮、戴頭盔係做乜。據相熟人士指出，佢以前係將軍澳Popcorn Uniqlo返工時同女朋友相識，當時仲有份抱怨日資公司規矩繁雜，而家就竟然走去做警察。佢又曾經獲何君堯等黑社會背景人士支持，見下圖：

在2019年8月31日晚上 10 時 45 分，有示威者與市民太子站列車車廂往發生爭執，雙方推撞及擲物，列車停駛。約十分鐘後，多名警方速龍成員及防暴警察衝入太子站往中環月台及列車，以警棍不停毆打車廂內示威者、市民，有戴口罩、穿白衣的市民一度跪地要求警察停止，但警繼續施放胡椒噴霧，並在月台上拘捕多名示威者。
