警方於九龍旺角山東街拘捕一名女子，期間有警員坐在女子頭上多次前後磨擦，亦有警員強制將女子雙腳壓開，又不斷以腳壓在女子頸上，令女子高呼無法呼吸，其後更粗暴將女子扯起，上衣更被扯高。
