張朗軒係香港警察嘅一份子。 佢鍾意上Facebook發表支持香港警察嘅言論，更有份向政府舉報同情示威者嘅中學同學。 據知情人士指出，佢係中學時伙同另一現任警察關霆康係校內欺凌其他同學。2014年時已經靠同為警察嘅父親，依關係成為警察。 日常生活方面，佢經常出現係將軍澳坑口Physical，間中會同同事嫖妓。
