練德風係一名撐警藍絲，支持香港警察使用暴力對待市民。佢經常係Facebook轉發支持中國及香港警察嘅文章，詳見文底圖片。據讀者資料，佢係來自中國嘅新移民，曾經係Dior做過幾年，之後去左宏利做保險，專做大陸客，之後又返Dior做，而家係機場返工。佢亦有份支持警察開槍，認為示威者係「曱甴」。

鄭凱淇係香港警察嘅一份子，佢係2020-03-25確診患上武漢肺炎。 佢前一日（2020-03-24）係明愛醫院接受抽血檢查嘅時候咳嗽，然後拒絕遵從在場醫護人員指示，戴上口罩防止傳染病毒，最終令其中一名負責嘅抽血員出現肺炎病徵，詳見經濟日報及自由亞洲電台報道。 根據讀者及其他Telegram頻道資料，佢曾經患有精神分裂症，2015年前會恆常覆診，但2015年後就未再跟進。

片中可見大量警員重重包圍一名青年，逼至牆角範圍，強行壓在地上進行搜身的動作。青年一度被拍攝到被警員圍堵時出現身體接觸而且神情痛苦。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
