黑警濫權實錄07035：無委任證、阻撓採訪
一示威者突然被防暴警察拖走，原因不明。配備警棍、圓盾以及長槍的防暴警察沒有配戴委任證，而且全部蒙面，或以反光貼遮擋臉面。這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。另外，利用強光照射記者，這涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。

何嘉靜係香港警察嘅一份子。佢曾經係9月22日示威當中，假扮成示威者，協助警察拘捕行動，見下圖：據讀者資料，佢由警察學院起至正式就職時，都有一堆男人圍住佢轉，又成日去船上派對。以下附上更多佢嘅圖片，方便作電腦臉容辨識之用。

黑警濫權實錄08036：肆意施暴、阻撓採訪
以強光阻撓記者採訪，催淚彈射向記者方向，在旁邊爆開。涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。亦涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

黑警濫權實錄09030：肆意施暴
在2019年9月29日，警方於灣仔天橋被示威者追趕，撤退時表現驚慌，曾開槍作掩護。有女記者懷疑右眼中槍倒地，由現場急救員急救，及後救護員到場治理，該記者神智清醒並表示眼部非常痛。據了解，該記者來自印尼，於一間本地印尼語媒體工作。
