農志全係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，有份隨機係香港各處街道及公共設施毆打市民。 佢曾經係2019年8月31日作為防暴警察，出現係太子站站內，懷疑同831太子站警察無差別襲擊市民事件有關，有份造成市民嚴重受傷以至死亡。 據認識佢嘅人指出，佢係一名來自深圳嘅新移民。
