片中大量防暴警察已經進佔私人物業沙田新城市廣場。有記者欲進入商場內部作出採訪，但迅即受到在室內的警務人員所阻擋，多名警察手持長盾，站立在玻璃門前，即使在外的市民多番表明自己是記者有絕對的採訪權，在片段結束前，他們仍未能成功進入商場內。這涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。

何家浩係香港警察的一份子。據前友人指，佢為人極度自大，中學做領袖生長嗰時已經以為自己大哂惡哂，郁啲就發脾氣。佢學過詠春，有人拍佢膊頭想叫佢，就即刻擺詠春起手好似想打交咁。大學畢業後曾經係銀行界做咗幾年，後來因無甚成就而加入香港警察。

黑警濫權實錄09027：肆意施暴
有網民發起全球反極權大遊行，大批市民在銅鑼灣聚集，警方中午開始在附近一帶戒備。下午2時許，立法會議員朱凱廸一度與警員理論，又指警員向他施放胡椒噴霧，市民用生理鹽水為他沖洗。警方在駱克道帶走兩名年輕人搜查，其後放行。獲放行的其中一人表示，自己甚麼都沒有做就被警員搜查，質疑是否穿黑衣就要被搜查。另外，有大量防暴警員進入銅鑼灣港鐵站內，部分警員進入車站室。
