方天發係香港警察嘅一份子。 據讀者資料，佢之前有去中國嫖妓嘅習慣，返到香港時就會四圍分享經驗。佢嘅兩個阿哥都有互相交流嫖妓「心得」。其後佢嘅其中一名唔係香港警察成員嘅哥哥俾警察拘捕，無得做金融上嘅工作，佢就係咁問上級點算。
