警察防線封鎖夏愨道近樂禮街的路段，並無讓路與救傷車。救傷車無法前進執行工作，最後甚至只能掉頭離開。直到片段的最後（片段長達2分19秒），警隊完全沒有打算退後或者讓防線打開缺口供救護車通過。此舉涉嫌違反警察通例 (27-02-2)，警務人員不得拖延醫療救助的管理或救護車將病人送往醫院或診所。
