李寧係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，專責係示威期間使用過度暴力襲擊「示威者」，而其中包括路過嘅市民。佢有份係2019年8月31日擔任特別戰術小隊成員，係太子站襲擊市民以致大量人士受傷，甚至死亡。以下係佢同女朋友嘅合照：

Louis Chow係一名撐警藍絲，支持香港警察虐待示威者。佢曾經故意叫保安唔好分開情緒失控嘅人，要佢搞下一對身穿黑衫嘅情侶先，導致情侶一直無辜被鬧而得不到院方處理。佢又經常係醫院發表深藍言論，遇到有同事話示威者被打到好傷，就批評人地相信假新聞，唔在場就唔可以亂講，打壓其他人言論自由。

黑警濫權實錄09005：肆意施暴、阻撓採訪
從片段中可見，該少女被制服於地上後，其中一名防暴警員就如失控般阻止任何人上前了解，期間有市民不斷哀求警員不要太過重手，而當被按於地上的少女在疑似呼吸困難及驚恐過度的情況下，希望拉著其中一名防暴警員之腳部求救，該警員不單沒有理會，並且一腳踏於少女的手上，少女當場慘叫。在此以後，有救護員嘗試靠近幫少女處理手部傷勢，卻遭警員阻止，警員更一度將少女押返警處。

黑警濫權實錄08068：無委任證、阻撓採訪、不禮貌
在影片可見用強光閃記者阻撓記者採訪，涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。被捕少女被押解時向記者表示警員在拘捕期間不肯出示委任證並且恐嚇她，這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。
