片段23秒開始可見，有警員把一名男士撲倒在地，及後又有另一位警員撲向該名男士。片段30秒可見，警員以盾牌及身體把該名男士強壓在地。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

陳薇薇係一名撐警藍絲，支持香港警察濫權濫捕並為此歡呼。此女會截取同事係Facebook嘅言論，然後轉發予公司的客戶，慫恿客戶向公司管理層投訴有關同事，已知受害者有5名以上。佢又曾經向Uber投訴正義司機，令呢班司機被Uber罰而影響生計。
