曾勇鵬為香港警察之一份子。 根據蘋果日報新聞，他曾於2019年9月21日「光復屯門公園」遊行中，截查及拘捕一名15歲少年，指控他藏有經改裝的長雨傘與行山杖，又在沒有警誡及家長陪同的情況下強行錄取口供。在法庭作供時，他曾經於宣誓時讀出「證供均屬真實」期間，在「真實」一詞前發呆幾秒。
