以強光射向記者阻撓採訪，粗暴推撞妨礙記者對警員行為作出投訴，警員道歉，但道歉警員沒有理會記者要求面對涉事警員的要求。涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。這亦涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。

當日下午，警方在展城館清場。從影片可見，期間一名外籍人士坐在草叢旁，以英語向警員重覆表示“No no no, I cannot move”（「停下，我不能走動」），但警員不但無視該名外籍人士不能行動的狀況，還繼續近距離噴射胡椒水，過份使用武力。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。
