在2019年9月29日尖沙咀一帶，一名男子指罵警察「垃圾」後，即被多名防暴警察上前制服，他被按在地上。之後該男子被帶上救護車，救護員替他治理。

多名防暴隊員向前推進，推跌市民，在影片1分35秒警員用圜盾將一名市民推跌，及後有另一位警員用警棍打向市民。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
