鄭世榮係香港警察嘅一份子。 佢曾經係2020-06-04旺角示威中，喬裝成示威者帶頭設置路障，然後協助香港警察拘捕在場和平集會，以紀念1989年中國北京六四天安門屠城事件嘅市民。 據讀者資料，佢以前隸屬香港警察反黑組，曾經加入黑社會做臥底。除此之外，佢亦持有親中立場，曾經特意去中國考取車牌，見下圖：

在2019年8月31日晚上約11時， 警察速龍小隊衝入太子站一架列車車廂，制服多人，並向無任何裝備的市民不停揮棍，及噴射胡椒水。 月台上有被捕者頭部流血。警察入車廂後，有市民甚為驚惶，跪地要求警察停止，但警察繼續射胡椒噴霧，市民狀甚痛苦，相擁而哭。 片段由《米報》梁柏堅提供。
