陳少輝係香港警察的一份子。 佢曾經係2020-05-11旺角示威中，走入洗衣街女廁內，向一名正在如廁嘅女記者噴射胡椒噴霧及施襲，令嗰名女記者頭部重創，以下係佢出現係現場嘅圖片： 據親近人士指出，佢係中國新移民，加入香港警察後成日話自己係正義之師，但返工時經常蒙面。
