梁毓男係香港警察嘅一份子。據讀者資料，佢屋企開裝修公司，哥哥亦有錢去美國讀大學，但全家仍然租住緊上水公屋，有瞞報收入或資產嘅嫌疑。佢本人亦先後讀咗3個資歷架構等級3嘅課程（即三個基礎文憑課程），考過消防但唔成功，最後揀加入香港警察。係2019年中反修例示威之後，佢多次表示支持開槍執法，問幾時可以開槍射暴徒，又聲稱「要拉哂我哋班仆街喎」。佢嘅女朋友亦係出身係香港警察成員為主嘅家族，盲撐佢嘅男朋友。
