陳震雄係香港警察嘅一份子。據知情人士指，佢係小學話有跟黑社會背景嘅人，中學因為佢嘅黑社會背景就指最憎「龜」。2014年曾經支持學生，但當時薪金微薄，因此係2017年尾轉入香港警察。此後佢性情大變，同昔日同學反面，更係2019年主動加入機動部隊，4月正式入職。據知佢周圍得罪人，鐘意乜都放上社交網站。佢經常出現係元朗大棠，揸白色七人車，幾年前係「橫洲工業」隊打波，以家好似轉咗。

黃寶民係香港警察的一份子。 據讀者資料，佢正係中學時期叫自己做「速龍」。係佢工作嘅紅磡警署，曾經有7名示威者送院，全部人頭部受傷，更有一人骨折，病房判斷為多人棒毆所致，顯示佢極有可能參與虐待及毆打示威者。 根據網上資料，佢係就讀香港浸會大學之後，仍然稱呼自己為「速龍」，詳見下圖： 以下係佢於示威現場出現嘅圖片：
