10 月 7 號晚上在新界馬鞍山新港城中心，在無搜查令下多名防暴警察暴力闖入，保安員嘗試阻擋但失敗，最後防暴警察衝入商場範圍並拘捕最少一個人。備註: 警方於十月九日拘捕年齡介乎 28 至 62 歲的三男兩女，涉嫌「阻礙辦公」，案件由沙田警區重案組第二隊跟進，五人獲准保釋候查。

片中的受訪記者指出，自己在進行採訪時受警方所發射的催淚彈直接擊中手臂。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

警方於九龍旺角山東街拘捕一名女子，期間有警員坐在女子頭上多次前後磨擦，亦有警員強制將女子雙腳壓開，又不斷以腳壓在女子頸上，令女子高呼無法呼吸，其後更粗暴將女子扯起，上衣更被扯高。

覃嗣鈞 為香港警察的一份子。他曾於 2019-08-25 及 2019-10-01 兩日遊行期間，於荃灣警署當值，有份協助警察謀殺市民，又在荃灣發現浮屍時身處現場。據讀者資料，他的行蹤被揭發後，曾經指責資料發佈者，又聲稱會辭職，但隨後即約同事訓練槍法，疑用作謀殺示威者之用。
