農志全係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，有份隨機係香港各處街道及公共設施毆打市民。 佢曾經係2019年8月31日作為防暴警察，出現係太子站站內，懷疑同831太子站警察無差別襲擊市民事件有關，有份造成市民嚴重受傷以至死亡。 據認識佢嘅人指出，佢係一名來自深圳嘅新移民。

片中大量防暴警察已經進佔私人物業沙田新城市廣場。有記者欲進入商場內部作出採訪，但迅即受到在室內的警務人員所阻擋，多名警察手持長盾，站立在玻璃門前，即使在外的市民多番表明自己是記者有絕對的採訪權，在片段結束前，他們仍未能成功進入商場內。這涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。
