黃兆彰為香港警察的一份子。佢曾經係2019-07帶一隊防暴警察落黃埔，然後俾街坊趕走；2019-10-03時又假扮街坊影示威者容貌被發現，由另一警察鍾雅倫帶隊救走。據讀者資料指出，佢係讀書時期已經不斷係言語上性騷擾女性，近期亦在Facebook隨機騷擾女性，見下圖：

黑警濫權實錄07058：肆意施暴、不禮貌
向著酒店住客舉槍，威脅住客不要再站在窗邊看熱鬧，涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
