郭嘉豪係香港警察嘅一份子。 據認識佢嘅人所指出，佢鍾意嫖妓及參與非法足球博彩，又係各大平台及朋友間做臥底收資料，意圖拎證據拘捕佢地。 除此之外，佢又教仔女返學要「先下手為強」，襲擊不同意警察濫捕濫權嘅同學，更加教佢地要暗中落手，唔好俾其他人見到。

警方於九龍旺角朗豪坊對出清場時，與一名老人對罵，及後有警員推撞其老人。混亂期間，有警員舉槍指向記者。

片段0：55所見，有一群警員在往記者相反方向撤離時，有一名警員向在場記者表示要他們後退，並沒有配戴委任證。這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。無理要求記者後退，這亦有機會構成妨礙記者採訪。跟據警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。
