警方於九龍旺角山東街拘捕一名女子，期間有警員坐在女子頭上多次前後磨擦，亦有警員強制將女子雙腳壓開，又不斷以腳壓在女子頸上，令女子高呼無法呼吸，其後更粗暴將女子扯起，上衣更被扯高。

警方在九龍旺角清場期間，於行人路上驅趕一名普通裝束(非示威裝束)少女，期間少女向男性防暴警察說「不要碰我」，一名防暴警察即對著少女臉部施以胡椒噴霧。

(a)(b)片段的初段可見一名軍裝警員，他所穿的制服背心胸前小袋只有黃色卡紙一張，並無放入警務人員的委任證明確展示其身份。其後，另一位便衣警員受市民質疑時，大呼「警察執行職務時是無需出示委任證的」。這說法涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14)中指出，便衣人員不論是否當值，在與巿民接觸和行使警察權力時，必須表明身分及出示委任證。
