片中是沙田新城市廣場的港鐵出入口外。便衣警察大部分頭戴防暴頭盔，一直不斷揮動警棍指嚇及驅趕正一直後退的市民。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

王俊浩為香港警察的一份子。 據親近人士消息，他經常去牛頭角康文署健身室，抵達時間為平日14:00。他在2014年曾經參與罷課，並帶頭領唱當時的抗爭歌曲《海闊天空》。另外他就讀中五時，曾經令女同學懷孕，女同學最後被逼退學，自行養大女兒，而王俊浩現時女朋友對這段歷史毫不知情。

黑警濫權實錄07027：無委任證
示威者要求報案指懷疑大批警員冒警，但疑似總督察的指揮官指出「我話佢地係（警察）就係」。這說法涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14-2)中指出，便衣人員不論是否當值，在與巿民接觸和行使警察權力時，必須表明身分及出示委任證。在案發現場的便衣人員，須將委任證掛在顯眼的地方，讓人易於辨認其身分。
